We offer a full range of notarization services for both buyers and sellers, ensuring that all documents are legally binding and executed correctly. 


Document Fees Includes:

2 signers | 2 printed copies of documents | 25 mile travel radius

  • Estate Plan Facilitation Services: $150
  • Sellers Documents: $150
  • Buyers Documents: $185
  • REFI Documents: $150
  • Reverse Mortgage Documents: $200

It is essential that all signers present valid, unexpired government-issued identification during their appointment.
